Cihangir has just got a lot richer. No, Sinan Cetin didn’t donate all the money to the hard-working people of Cihangir. And no, The Trump towers are not moving here either. What happened is that Nona Cihangir opened! A new dollhouse-like cafe/bar/restaurant/gallery that gives you the positive feeling almost every other place in that area misses. So don’t expect expats & spoiled brats here, but honest and sincere people who like to be creative because they like it, not because they think it’s cool! Oh, and the cool ass video is produced by Bilgin Ozkan!

And there you go: another website you have to check frequently. This time it’s a collabo site from Holland and it’s called the International Guild of Woodbuyers. The collective consists of boutique 290 square meters, online strategist & social entrepeneur Nalden, advertising agency Hendsum&Young, record label Appletree Records, party-organisation Appelsap & booking agency Bambookings! Without typing over the entire post on Endorsed, we just want to say that we expect a lot of creativity from these guys and hopefully we’ll find ourselves working together with them for a Pabuc! launch in Istanbul! Hollanda’nin meşhur tasarım kolektivi droog Tokyo ve Amsterdam’dan sonra New York’ta mağaza açmış! Mağazanın tasarımı Jurgen Bey’e ayit ve bizce gayet güzel bir iş çıkartmış. Oralarda takılıyorsanız bir uğrayın ama bir şey satın almak istiyorsanız çok büyük bir cüzdan getirin!
Just like back in the good ol’ days were New York was still New Amsterdam, the Dutchies are opening shop in the Big Apple. This time it’s dutch design collective droog opening up their first store in The States following droog Tokyo and droog Amsterdam. The interior design is by Jurgen Bey and looks pretty designish! H&M‘in Turkiye’de olmamasina uzulmek icin bir neden daha bulduk: artik H&M ev icin aksesuarlar ve tekstil satacak! Zara Home konseptine cok benzeyen bu stratejik adim ne yazik ki Turkiye’ye gelmeyecek gibi gorunuyor. We have found another reason to be pissed off with the non-existince of H&M in Turkey: H&M Home!! The concept is simple and it is similiar to Zara Home’s strategy. A lot of textile and small accessories for your place to give the mix & match feeling that the H&M clothes have as well! Unfortunately for us in Turkey, the line is only available online @ H&M Home in countries that have the large Swedish brand already. Looks like we have to continue to buy shitty products at the other Swedish Brand: IKEA!!

Every now and then something so cool happens and you only find out till afterwards! There was Dave Chappelle’s Block Party, and of course Shephard Fairey doing Ataturk, and let’s not forget the Obama inauguration. And now we have another happiness meets sadness moment in our lives: Milk Gallery in Istanbul opened last week and we (of all freaking people in this city that have a passion for sneakers, toys, street art) didn’t know about it!!! What can you do though? Can’t change the past, so we’re changing the future! Hereby we declare Milk to our new best friends (no, they don’t know us yet, but that will soon change) and we’ll do everything in our control to get you the latest news on their exhibitions, events, toys, sneakers, or whatever else they have. We’re on it.

Adidas Originals Istanbul’da bir mağaza daha açmış! Bizim haberimiz bile yoktu ama tabii duyunca hemen size de iletmek istedik! Bu mağaza Istanbul’da üçüncü (diğerleri Kanyon ve Beyoğlu Tünel’de), ve anadolu yakası’nın ilk adidas Originals mağazası oldu!
Palladium Alışveriş Merkezi’nde olan mağaza’da Atelier, Studio ve Bazaar konseptleri bulunuyor. Ilk sefer Originals Studio Konsept mağazası dekorasyonu Turkiye’ye geldi ve biz gercekten çok beğendik tasarimını. Uğramanızı tavsi ediyoruz!
Adidas Originals has opened up another store in Istanbul. We didn’t even know about it, but once we found out we just had to share this wonderful news with you! This is the third Originals store in Istanbul (the other ones are at Kanyon and Beyoğlu Tünel) and the first on the Asian side.
The store at the Palladium Shopping Mall has multiple concepts like the Atelier, Studio and Bazaar. It’s the first time the Originals Studio Concept store decoration is in Turkey and we can say it looks really stunning! We recommend you to have a look yourself!
