Evil Monito made us able to show you these sweet shoes! And their name is nice as well: Porello! Sounds like a mix of Pirelli and Gogol Bordello! Besides the colors on the pic it also comes out in a black version!

where can i find these sneakers
I’ve tried to locate them for you but it’s hard as hell! Since they don’t have it a Barneys New York (see http://www.barneys.com/Shoes/SHOES04,default,sc.html?prefn1=designer&prefv1=Creative%20Recreation) they are really difficult to find. On eBay you have these http://shop.ebay.com/items/_W0QQ_nkwZcreativeQ20recreationQ20kaplanQQ_armrsZ1QQ_fromZR40QQ_mdoZ but that’s probably now what you’re looking for.
